This lovely vase has a good sized well for water, cradled in a sweeping crescent of clay with abstract holes in it. It is clearly signed JW or WJ but sadly this potter has yet to be identified despite producing some really lovely flower arranging vases. There is a flaw on the crescent which looks like a crack but is pre glazing and is perfectly stable and only shows on the inside and side of the crescent.
