This is the really large size of the classic Shell design from Sylvac under the Falcom Ware brand name.
It is great to use for flowers as it has a lovely deep body and fits lots of flowers. It also makes a fantastic display piece giving a strong focal point to a shelf of mantle vases because of its large size.
